Printer’s Row is located off Temperance Street between 9th & 10th Streets in downtown Saint Paul. It offers 84 single-story urban homes that range from 800 to 2300 square feet in size. Both phase one and phase two are two newly-constructed contemporary buildings located on a site historically used for printing companies. Printer’s Row is the the fourth development in award-winning Wacouta Commons, a progressive new urban village surrounding the new Wacouta Commons park.

Printer’s Row was developed by Lander Sherman Urban Development, which is known for its high-quality design that complements neighborhood surroundings. Printer’s Row has both traditional layouts offering defined living spaces and a more contemporary plan which offers more flexible living space options and authentic “loft” features like concrete floors and exposed spiral duct work. The building features 10-foot ceilings, over-sized windows, designer kitchen cabinets, upscale bathrooms, heated underground secured parking, private balconies and porches.

Printer’s Row is a short walk to the Xcel Energy Center, the Farmers Market, various art shows and the Winter Carnival. It is very close to 7th street where night life, restaurants and shopping await you. In addition, Grand Avenue in Saint Paul is only a short car or bike ride away. It has easy access to both 35E and I-94, the city bus stop is within 6 blocks and the new Saint Paul light rail system will be within walking distance. There may even soon be a new Saint Paul Saints stadium nearby.
