The Rossmor building includes 129 loft style condos which have 18 ft ceilings, cement floors, exposed duct work and each has a unique floor plan and layout all its own. The first floor of the building is retail space and includes Key’s Café, Fitzgerald Park Gifts, Sawatdee and CAMP bar. The building creates a large draw at the annual St. Paul Art Crawl.
