The Produce Exchange Lofts building was originally built in 1915 as a market exchange for produce wholesale dealers and brokers. The building was converted in 2002 into 38 residential loft condominiums on the upper floors and commercial space on the street level. The units in this historical building have hardwood floors, lofted ceilings, there’s an exercise room, contract parking and pets are allowed within a given height, weight and number limit. The association dues are monthly and include maintenance of the building exterior and shared amenities, building management, sanitation, snow/lawn care and water/sewer.
The Produce Exchange Lofts are Located on Jackson between 10th and 11th Streets. It has easy access to both 35E and I-94 and the city bus stop is within 6 blocks. In addition, soon there will be the new Saint Paul light rail system within walking distance. It is very close to the farmer’s market, art festivals, many restaurants and bars, as well as, several coffee shops. There may also soon be a new Saint Paul Saints stadium nearby.
